The Wavy Gravies are from Spain where they have a bit of a cult following…Kind of garagey/surfy type thing with a heavy dose of 50’s crazy stuff (Hence the name)…Double bass but not Rockabilly in the pusrist sense, Rockin’ but not retro and they have a great 7″ out on the label of Dead Elvis (Monster Mash Recs) where they cover the classic ‘The Invasion Is Coming’….See where this is going ?….All good stuff !
